As a young leader, one of the most important decisions you can make is who you will rely on for mentoring. While this person or persons may change throughout your lifetime, the choices are very important.
The second choice is just as important; to whom am I willing to give my time and wisdom to?
Both of these decisions create strength in a leader and allow for growth that will propel you beyond the ordinary.
How to find and how to be are both examined and thoughtfully reviewed by Bobb Biehl in the book titled Mentoring. I have found Bobb’s insights to be one of my foundations in leadership over the last 30 years and am pleased to call him one of my mentors.
